Government Non-Affiliation & Legal Disclaimer
Official disclosure regarding our independent software status, trademark nominative use, and consular acceptance.
We are NOT a government agency or official passport issuing authority.
QuickPhotoGov (operated by QuickPhotoGov Technologies Private Limited, Mumbai, India at quickphotogov.com) is an entirely independent photo editing and dimensioning software utility.
Domain Notice: The domain quickphotogov.com is a privately registered commercial top-level domain (.com). The term "gov" is used descriptively to refer to compliance with official government passport photo dimensional specifications. It is not an official government ".gov" restricted TLD and does not represent any government authority.
We are NOT affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with:
- The Government of India, the Ministry of External Affairs, or Passport Seva Kendra (PSK)
- The United States Department of State, USCIS, or the US Embassy
- The European Union, Schengen visa consulates, or any foreign mission
- Any municipal, state, national, or international government agency or department
1.Nominative Fair Use of Government Program Names & Trademarks
Reference to any specific country (e.g. India, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, etc.) or official document standard (e.g. Passport Seva, Schengen Visa, US Green Card, OCI Card, PAN Card) is made strictly for descriptive identification and nominative fair use purposes.
All product names, logos, country flags, and registered trademarks remain the sole property of their respective government and institutional owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or affiliation with us.
2.Consular Discretion & No Guarantee of Visa/Passport Acceptance
QuickPhotoGov provides automated geometric cropping, proportion alignment, and solid background replacement strictly derived from publicly available government specifications (such as ICAO Doc 9303 and consular photo guidelines).
However, software alone cannot guarantee that an embassy or passport office will accept your application. Consular acceptance depends on subjective and non-geometric factors that you must verify:
- Neutral Expression: Both eyes open, mouth closed, no smiling, looking directly into the camera.
- Recent Likeness: The photograph must typically have been taken within the last 6 months.
- No Eyeglasses / Reflections: Most governments (including the US and India) now strictly forbid eyeglasses in passport photos.
- Lighting & Shadows: Uniform lighting without harsh flash glares or shadows behind the ears or on the neck.
- No Uniforms: Regular everyday clothing (uniforms are prohibited unless worn for religious reasons).
Final authority to accept or reject any photograph rests solely and exclusively with the consular officer or passport examiner.
3.Not a Biometric Identification or Surveillance Service
We are an image canvas editing utility. We do NOT perform facial recognition, identity verification, criminal background checks, or biometric authentication against any government database. We do not extract or retain biometric facial templates. All face landmarking occurs purely inside your browser runtime to calculate rotation tilt and head oval centering.
